WRRC Twilight Series

The WRRC Twilight Series features evening races near Westminster, Maryland, each commencing at 7:00 PM. Organized by the Westminster Road Runners Club, this series has been held annually since at least 2002. It caters to local runners seeking multiple shorter summer races over a single large event, offering distances from a 2-mile track run to an 8K. The schedule incorporates varied surfaces and formats: a 2-Mile Track Run on the former North Carroll High School track, the Hashawha XC Trail Run, Run with the Knights 5K, FSK 6K, Pleasant Valley 4-Mile, and Runnymede 8K. Participants may register for the entire series or for individual races exclusively through advance online registration; no race-day or in-person signups are available. To achieve a Premium designation, a runner must participate in or volunteer at a minimum of five of the six events.
